Van Leeuwen Green provides quality landscape construction and maintenance
services to commercial clients including councils, commercial property managers,
builders and architects. We follow Worksafe practices and have full public
liability insurance. Our organisation has a strong focus on customer service and

What We Provide
Landscape construction services. Our construction supervisors have
excellent communication and project management skills, and follow comprehensive
OH&S practices. All of this helps to ensure the smooth implementation of
construction works. We strive to ensure that our landscapes are durable and
trouble free following implementation, and take into account safety, liability
and environmental issues.
Landscape maintenance services. Rather than simply maintain existing
landscapes, we strive to improve their quality while at the same time reducing
recurring maintenance costs. We also ensure that as the landscape evolves over
time, any replacement species or other alterations are in keeping with original
design concepts.
Design and consultancy services. Our designer/consultant has experience
and expertise in advising organisations and project managers in relation to
specific technical issues such as species selection, soil amelioration and
irrigation requirements. He is also a skilled designer sensitive to style and
sense of place, as well as environmental/sustainability issues. As a result we
are able to assist with assessing, refining or reworking existing landscape
plans, or producing the entire landscape design including hard and soft
elements.
Landscape assessment reports. For landscapes that have been implemented
for some years already, or for newly implemented landscapes with specific issues
of concern, Van Leeuwen Green offers a landscape assessment service. We audit
the landscape and provide recommendations covering functional and maintenance
issues for both hard and soft landscape elements. We can also include a
recommended maintenance schedule and a quotation for works required to implement
changes.
